If you get a ticket for an expired sticker, or val tag, does that affect your car insurance?

I mean, let me back up a little…
Any ticket or conviction that shows up on your driver’s abstract will affect your insurance. So the real question is, do expired sticker tickets show up on your abstract?
I’ve been a broker for a long time now. I have had people disclose this very ticket and I have never found them to be listed on the abstract. It appears that these tickets do not get listed. So, if they’re not listed, they don’t affect your rates.
